As you can see, a few details would help us understand your question better. Post in the correct forum (computer versions - in Opera browser; other versions - Opera Mini, Opera for Nintendo Wii, etc.), include your platform, and describe your problem better.
My own guess at what you mean would be how to delete the default bookmarks from the menu. The answer for that one would be to go to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks, and click in the empty area of the Folders pane to see the root folder and delete the bookmarks there.
