How can I get oOpera 10.51 to open Outlook Express with 'Compose' button?

How can I get opera 10.51 to open Outlook Express with 'Compose' button? I only get an OperaMail form popping up in a new tab.
I have already changed the Preferences-->Advanced-->Programs-->>Edit to "Use default application", but still get OperaMail.

Outlook Express says that it is the default mail program.

What can I do?

(I'm using Eudora...)

It seems not to be an Opera issue. Calling Eudora works well with O 10.51.
My String called is:
... eudora.exe /m %1

of course it is a opera issue. it was when i installed 10.00 and 10.10. a little tweak of the preferences solved it those times.

i'd never use eudora. why should i? OE has served me well for over ten years.
