You upload the csv, pick what categories you want to use for a certain value and submit. Then, you get an adr file to download. Then, you just import that.
I'm not real sure about using a web based application like this with personal information.
The site belongs to an Opera employee. The same one that handles browser.js and other things. If he wanted to spy on you, or grab your info, he could already do it
