You can try going to opera:config#consistency , setting it to 0, saving the setting and restarting Opera.
If that doesn't fix it, your best bet is to delete the feed and subscribe to it again. You might have to do that for any feed that's messed up.
When Opera 10.52 comes out, it should be better and handling crashes like this, hopefully.
