image settings in 10.5

Is there a setting in opera:config to make opera display image as they download?

The new 10.5 just wait for all image to download before display....its very annoying on 4chan.

Does it? How do you have Preferences/Advanced/Browsing/Loading set? The default of 1 second shouldn't do what you're describing.

Do you see a difference if it's on 1 second? I used to have it on instant but found that Opera's a lot smoother (and seems faster) when it's on 1. What you're describing sounds more like the opposite extreme though: redraw when loaded.

I talking about how opera display a little bit of image...then it just download the whole thing before it display the rest.

In 10.10 days it uses display image as they are downloaded.

This image display a little(top bits), the opera download the whole image before redraws

Ah yes, I see what you mean. I thought you meant it waits until it has the whole thing. It does seem like a bug when it grabs just a section and then waits. v10.10, also set to 1 second, behaves just as you describe (progressively displaying as it gets it).
