Can you make opera look like leaked ie9 screenshot? It was an april foools joke!

Similar look can be achieved but it would require editing not only opera skin but also the windows theme.
In opera you cannot customize the window decoration. Well if you could hide it then it would be possible without modifying the windows theme.
