If i shoot many pics tonight its possible to me
to upload photos tomorow morning r8?

This is rule number 2: "Maximum upload 10 pictures /week if less no problem (The week begins on Sunday, so you have until Saturday to post your photos)".
It means that you can upload between 1 and 10 photos each week, starting on Sunday, ending on Saturday. Today is Saturday, so if you want you can upload 10 pics, regarding this week, and taken after you've opened your Album here. It doesn't mean you have to upload them today!!!
