textboxes have no borders, no background color under standard skin v10.51

See the attached screenshots. I have the same problem in 3 different PCs (2 of those are mine with the same settings, the third is a friend's, totally unrelated settings whatsoever)

3 more opera users have the same problem with opera 10.51... NOONE in this forum has encountered something like it?
