bug - how to report?

-transform:rotate(-90deg); isnt doing it really clean - look:

one of both is not really 90° - either the divborder or the rotated text - as i can clearly see the difference in the distance top/bottom (bzw - its are all separated elements - its not a single line)
how am i supposed to report it? transform not transforming precise enough or what?

You missed what is actually going on. Times with only 4 digits are offest to the right by half a character width compared to times with only 3 digits - in other words Opera is computing positions based on the unrotated text.

Bug reports are handled at uttps://bugs.opera.com/wizard/, please mention the bug number (the part before the "@" in the email address) here so that Opera's staff can check on it.
