Gmail nor Google will open after PC Crash due to cut in Electricity Supply ...

Hi All,

I went into Cusco today and left my PC running for some downloads using eMule. When I got back the PC was off due to an outage with the electricity supply.

Now, I can't get any Gmail nor google.com nor related sub-domain sites to open.

Before this debacle with 10.51 I was seriously looking at using Opera as my main browser. The developers will need to pull their fingers out if I am ever to do that.

My Operating System is Windows 2000 Server. I reinstalled 10.51 over itself but still no joy and I have ALL the Security Protocols checked, Turbo turned off and tried removing Cookies as well as some of the various other things that people have suggested.

So, I am looking for new ideas.

Also, it is quite obvious that there are major problems with version 10.51, so why doesn't Opera have the courtesy to say what they are doing, if anything to solve these problems?

Can I install 10.10 over the installation of 10.51?

Opera 10.52 will be released soon, many issues have been fixed; hopefull 10.52 will work better for you
