links opened in background through javascript, have the tab activated

steps to reproduce
1) enable lowering windows through javascript
2) open a link in background with javascript

ex:
type

javascript:window.open("http://www.opera.com").blur();

in the url bar and press enter, repeat this 2 or more times

result in:

using:

Opera 10.52 , build 3363 in windows 7 ultimate 64 bits
this bug has been present in the other betas as well
