Visited-link color of links in frames not retained in history?

Visiting a link changes its color to the visited-link color. That status is retained in history: closing and restarting Opera shows the links with the visited-link color. But that behavior does not work if the links occur in a frame. That problem breaks the Contents frame in my site: it is no longer possible to use the visited-link color as a bookmark. To see the problem, visit http://www.biblekjv.com/kjv-fm/startkjv.htm and select links in the Contents frame. Then exit and restart Opera. Firefox changed to that same behavior beginning with version 3.5, so I am now looking for another browser. Chrome retains the visited color of links in frames (as do IE6 and Netscape 4)--but does not support cookies for files opened from the local computer instead of from the Internet! Would it be possible to persuade someone in Opera management to cause visited links that are in frames, to be retained in history? perhaps as an option in opera:config? If it's added as an option that is off by default, then I'll make a note in my biblekjv.com home page how to turn it on. Thank you!

It turns out that the issue has been reported as a bug (477882) in Firefox, and work on it is proceeding apace. Is there a way to report this issue as a bug in Opera?

Thank you, Luxor. I've reported it; I think that the number of the bug is 295404 or DSK-295404.
