Frames in Opera

I am trying to access to this link, but I can not see the frames as I can see it in IE. What can I do?
I have already try some settings as you can see it from picture.Style_option2s2.png
Maybe I can change the "Display mode:Strict" That is set to as I can see if I go to "Help -> Report site problem" and see the details of it?

Please help, thanks.

It displays fine here so it's not a site problem, or an Opera problem for that matter.
You must have changed something in settings somewhere.

I presume you already made sure you hadn't disabled frames? That option's available under Preferences > Advanced > Content, Style Options (or also View > Style > Manage Modes). You have any site preferences set for that site, or frames aren't working on other sites too?

I deleted the autosave.win file "...Application Data\Opera\Opera\sessions\" and now I is OK.
