I can't post in any internet forums including operamini forums, this problem started on om5b2,by then it was understandable as om5 was stil beta, but now it has been quiet some time since the final release of om5...after spending 30min of my life creating a post om5 just returns an empty box when ì hit thd submit link...om5 still feels like beta to me

Please search the forum because this has been a common subject for quite some time. Workaround is to copy the message (long press on comment for context menu) before you post it. Then you don't lose everything if submit fails.

Unfortunately no solution introduced by OM team yet sad I guess this bug is pretty damn difficult to track down.

In the meantime I've returned to Opera Mobile 10, not the final, but beta 3, which works better for me. I'm pleased to see that it doesn't share the text input bug in common with Mini. Mobile 10 also offers more flexibility and features than Mini does. Naturally Mini is faster, since Mobile 10 is a full browser, and for some reason, Opera Turbo actually slows OM 10 down further, despite the compression. Anything's faster than surfing with IE Mobile, however. wink
