Downloading Headers Only

How does one get Opera E-Mail client to download headers only, not the entire body? If I get spam, I do not want to view it when displaying as "List and message below". Using Opera USB version 10.10 build 1893.

What sort of mail account? Opera will not do "Headers only" on POP3 mail servers, if you have IMAP it can.
