How do I find the source of a context menu?

Stupid question, I know.

I picked up a custom context menu from somewhere, and I can't remember where. There is no author information in the file itself.

It adds quite a bit of special function as far as BBCode, a spell checker, a translator (to/from Russian), some other special characters, Traceroute and WhoIs searches and links to BugMeNot, Dr. Web and Archive.org

I just wish I could find out where I got it from.

Just coming back to say I'd found it. I guess I picked it up when I got the AdBlock+ tool.
