Opera 10.51: unexplained crash issues

Operating system Windows 7-32. Installed Opera 10.51 and love it except that it crashes (closes itself and sends an error report) or freezes (only task manager will then close it) from time to time if I open a pdf or if I have several windows open and am using AOL webmail. I installed Opera 10.52 Beta as a test and the problems appear to be gone. I am glad I tried the Beta. Great browser!

Which software do you use to read pdf files?

No problems with pdf-files here with the latest Adobe Reader installed (Version 9.3.2). 9.3.1 worked too, but it is recommended to install 9.3.2 for security reasons.
Opera 18

I have Opera 10.51 on Vista 64 bit. Opera hangs every time I try to open or view a pdf in the browser. I have to close opera through the task manager. My adobe reader is version 8.2.0 (updated last week).

I'm crashing left & right. Upgrade to 10.52 didn't help. Neither did updating the plugins. Something is very wrong with 10.51 10.52 for me.

What is so weird about this is that all my problems disappeared with the "upgrade" to the 10.52 beta (running Windows 7/32). On our Vista and XP machines Opera 10.51 seems to be fine. I'm sure the developers are aware of some sort of bug and trust that a "fix" is forthcoming.
