Opera not working / redirecting with the url click.icptrack.com .... while ie & ffx work.

Version : 10.51, Build : 3315, Windows XP,

There is this url from a financial magazine which i am unable to use in Opera. That is once this link is copy pasted, there is NO reaction from Opera:

http://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php?r=29464031&msgid=178953&act=Y8FP&c=611034&destination=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.moneylife.in%2Farticle%2F8%2F4669.html

This works with ie8.0.6... & FFX 3.5.7 at the least which take this url and convert it to (or redirect it to) the link below. Opera does nothing.
http://www.moneylife.in/article/8/4669.html

I tried enabling auto redirect for click.icptrack.com but that was already enabled. Do not see anyother option in Opera:config for redirection.
Am i missing something (some setting) or is this unsupported or worse (a bug)

Could be a bug, but if it was... it's been fixed in 10.52

Also works in: 10.5, 10.1, 10.0, 9.64, and 8.51 (I don't have 10.51 installed) all of which have default settings regarding redirection.
Send Referrer = Enabled
Enable Auto-Redirect = Enabled

And both "Always Check Redirects" for "Cache" are disabled.

Send Referrer = Enabled - Done
Enable Auto-Redirect = Enabled - Already done
And both "Always Check Redirects" for "Cache" are disabled. - Done, Done.

After all the setting changes, still not able to open the sites. If it is working in 10.5 & 10.52, must be setting which I am unable to fathom.

Possibly something in your Ad Blocker?
