Opera blows away (on JS?)
I already posted about my disliking new >10.50 Opera, from it mixed OSX/Win look to new behaviors, like:- if I minimize browser then restore it after some time, it gets "Program is not responding" for about half minute or so, or
- with new rendering engine: when loading some regular images CPU peaks stops my music player for a glimpse producing glitches
- or take for example this site: http://infohound.net/tidy/
I keep Opera at 100-200 MB PWS memory, but visiting above site, whole Opera freezes and memory goes to 600 MB until I get the chance to kill whole process
I know that I'll sound negative but I'm seriously considering on different browser switch, and maybe it's time as I sticked to Opera from 3.61 on Windows 3.1
Welcome to the Opera Forums. Please read the forum rules and guidelines before posting. Your threads may be closed unless you use a descriptive title.
• General guidelines (Use a descriptive thread title)
• How to post about problems with specific sites
I really don't care if you switch to another browser — it will save me some time. If you want help fixing any issues you're having, help us by editing your thread title so that this stays open long enough to resolve the issue. Remember that this is a user2user forum where you are asking other users to help you in their free time, it is not a place to complain about what you dislike about the GUI or whatever, so focus on the issue that you're reporting.
Tell us which opera version you're using, and on what OS. Some basic system specs in your sig are also useful.
Using Opera 10.51 build 3315. My sig cannot be edited due to forum changes.

I can confirm a problem on the linked site. CPU and memory use climb steadily until I stop the page loading. I get the same result in the latest 10.52 snapshot build 3363.
The page loads fine in Opera 10.1, but the online Validator reports a lot of errors and warnings.
