Convert page to a Widget application
Something I like, and use frequently, in Chrome is the ability to save an Application Shortcut for a page. This shortcut then allows me to open a webpage in its own application window.In a lot of ways, this is no different to a widget. But I'm wondering if I would need to design a widget per website that I want to use this way, or if there is an option somewhere that let's me save a URL as a new widget.

I found what I was looking for with the Unite application, Widgetise.
Strangely, I was able to find reference to a "Save page as widget" in the changelog for Opera 10.50 beta, but this feature doesn't appear to have made it to the final version.
