Opera Notes - doubleclicking

Tried to search for this, but the topic is too wide to give meaningsfull results. Anyway.
How do I stop Opera Notes from opening a mail when I doubleclick on a Web address in Notes - I do not use Opera Mail, but that's beside the point. I want to configure my Opera so that it opens a new tab when doubleclicking on a note that consists of a Web address, but how?

By default, if you add a note by selecting text on a web page, double-clicking on the note later will take you back to the web page from which you copied the note. This is a useful feature.

I'm not so sure how useful it is to open the compose mail window for notes that have just been typed directly in the notes panel, but I guess some users might find it useful.

To go to a web address from a URL in a note, select the URL, right-click, and select "Go to web address."

I really don't understand how emailing by double clicking is useful with some notes does not behave like that.

Concur with last poster - cannot see how this can in any way be useful - unless it's a part of the Opera "plot" to make all of us use the excellent Opera BROWSER to use the not very excellent Opera MAIL but that's another kettle of fish altogether
Anyway, how may I disable it?

I use that option all the time. It is great.

BTW: M2 is probably the best eMail Program around (even if it has its own flaws)

Another BTW & sometihing tha's endemic in a lot of forums on the Web: Isen't the intention with these forums to post problems/discrepancies etc, not to be informed that for instance the option in question is useful and that someone uses it - tht's obvious if you ask me. If the opttion is installed I'm sure someone finds it useful, but there's no need to inform the world about it. If you have a solution, please post it, if not save yourself the bother of answering.
