Setting up two IMAP accounts is definitely possible.
Just goto tools (or O menu) -> Mail and Chat accounts and add as many IMAP accounts as you want. Then, right-click in the mail panel (F4 -> mail panel), goto Show messages from and select just one imap account at a time (if you don't want to show messages from both accounts mixed together).
Further, if you want direct access to the IMAP folders, look under the "Mail for ..." access point for the account in the mail panel. There, you can cut/copy & paste messages where you want (or use drag/ctrl + drag)
