Opera Mini 5 and random TLD completion
For some reason Opera Mini 5 on Symbian (and Opera Mobile 10 for S60 as well) seem to latch on to random TLDs that I enter and offer them as the first choice for autocompletion. When I first installed each the primary suggestion was .com as expected but once I made the mistake of typing .gov and then that was the first suggestion, with .com below it. Now Opera Mini has latched on to .tr and wants to assume that all of the sites that I'm going to are in Turkey! Maddening!Originally posted by swrobel:

This happens to me too.Only on opera mini 5.Not on mobile 10 or mini 4.2.

You're right, with our current UI design, visiting a page with a particular TLD will add this to your address bar dropdown indefinitely. I personally agree that this behavior could be improved, for example moving gradually eldomly used TLDs down the list over time. I have raised the issue internally and we'll see how this can be solved.
