It sounds like you've run into a know problem. It's something they are working on and apparently the problem is less in the latest snapshots, i cannot personally verify that though (it's a problem with the windows version and i'm on Linux). But, with any luck it should be gone from the next version.

A new RC was released for windows today, some people are reporting that the problem has gone for them.
