To add a speed dial on OM5, press the big gray "+" squares on the home page. To delete or replace it, long press (press the "select" key for about 3 to 5 seconds until the circle appears) the speed dial you want to replace and you will see two menu: delete and edit. Edit edits the speed dial while delete as you guess it, delete it. The "1" key on most phones with keypads, like <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony Ericsson K800">Sony Ericsson K800i</a> also work instead of the long select.
