Mouse wheel in mouse gestures?
I can see a number of mouse gestures involve using the wheel (eg right click + scroll brings up a menu of tabs and scrolls up and down it). So mouse gestures can clearly include wheel scrolling.How do I create and customize mouse gestures that use wheel scrolling?
(And especially is there a way to have scroll by itself on the tab bar = move to previous/next tab?)

No, there's no way to edit the scrollwheel mouse actions. They are not included as mouse gestures. Neither are Ctrl, shift click actions.
FlipBack and FlipForward are editable mouse gestures. (Hold right mouse button while pressing left button and vice versa).
