GET RID OF SPAM! MOVE IT OUT OF MY INBOX!

Ok, So I am a brand new Opera user and I am trying it specifically for the SPAM filtering. The way Opera handles mail is new to me and it is growing on me except for one thing. This issue is large enough to make me uninstall and look elsewhere. This issue also seems to be repeated in the forums here from what I have been reading. This issue is why I am finally giving up on Thunderbird because of a handling bug that they haven't fixed version after version.

This issue is MOVING FREAKING SPAM OUT OF MY INBOX!

I would venture that most people here use a mobile device to keep up with email as well as a computer. So I can uncheck show spam in Opera but how does that help me on my mobile devices? It doesn't. The spam is still there clogging up my inbox. Why would you want to save spam? Why keep it around? Get rid of it!

How can I setup a rule or some other Opera feature to remove spam once determined and marked from my inbox? If this just is not possible then I will continue my search for a mail client I like. This is a deal breaker for me and the reason I started my search in the first place. I am a possible convert here and I would like to become fully converted but only if this issue can be resolved.
