Shortcut or custom button for site preferences . . .

Does anyone know if there's a one-click way to access the "edit site preferences" dialog? I find this dialog to be absolutely essential while browsing (I keep everything blocked and unblock items on a site by site basis), yet I'm unable to find a custom button or keyboard shortcut to open it. I know there's a custom button for "quick preferences" that can take you to the "edit site prefs" dialog, but I'm looking for something with DIRECT access. I'm on V 10.51, build 3315, Vista x64. Thanks.
