Opera Web Mail server migration: Downtime and other possible (temporary) problems
The Opera Web Mail (www.operamail.com) service is undergoing some maintenance at the moment.This could lead to downtime and other problems.
We do not expect any mails to go missing, so if you notice missing mails right now, it is most likely just a temporary problem due to the migration process affecting your account.
We are hoping that the service provider will be able to finish this process fairly soon.

Normally when you have a scheduled maintenance window you inform your user community of the event...(this is not aimed at you specifically JayneDoe but rather at the powers that be in Opera)...
If it is an outage beyond ones control then the usual course of actions are notifications and updates to your user community.
Speaking from a Service Management perspective this current situation is inexcusable. Especially when you have paying customers relying on this service.
