MSI litter in add/remove programs

I install the beta downloads on a regular basis (as a normal user, not administrator) and I'm fed up with the way I get a new entry in "add/remove programs" for every single build!

CCleaner "cannot delete MSI installer", and I just borked my current installation (10.52-RC4) when I selected "remove" for the oldest entry on the list (10.00). Can Opera change something in the installer settings so that a new build superseding an older build also replaces the entry in the program list or at least allows the older entries to be deleted without screwing with the current build?

Does anyone know a quick and easy way to clean out the thirty or forty versions I have in the list? I believe I found an MSI "cleaner" once...

Actually I'm still having a problem since the cleanup utility only works with the administrator profile and does NOT look at the registry mess in my normal user account - even using RUNAS with the /PROFILE and /ENV options... doh
