Opera is unable to load several pages....

.... Hi everyone!

The topic says it pretty much....
since yesterday opera blocks/ is unable to load some webpages .... msnbc.com for example....i simply cannot access this page since yesterday(and some other pages too)... opera is not loading this site for some reason!
With IE or firefox ... no problem!
I haven't install/uninstalley anything...nor have i changed any opera settings....
it seems completely random!

Does anyone know what i can do to solve tjis problem?
I would really appreciate it!up

I'm using the current 10.51 opera on Win7 64bit

I'm having the same problem, I didn't change nothing from yesterday, but today some pages just don't open, and others are fine. I don't think is a problem with the websites.

I'm using 10.51 too

No... its definitly NOT a problem with the website.... this is a problem with opera....awww
now...somehow the page (msnbc.com) is loading perfectly for me .... but then i get a "please update your flash player" ... blah blah ....when I'm trying to watch a video.... although I have the newest version installed (probably kind of like the same problem with youtube some days ago) ...

Man .... the new Opera is making more problems than i ever had before, with any older version

EDIT:
lol ... 2minutes after I wrote this...it's..AGAIN... not working anymore !!
WTF???
this is ridiculous!

I have had problems with opera loading www.msnbc.com for a while...I can't remember since which release. For me, the entire website won't load, normally, it gets stuck with the header, and generally refuses to load anything else.

I can't consistently recreate the problem with msnbc

I have noticed something similar occurring at another website: www.liveside.net
If I open the site as a background tab, it will not load completely, loading only the header and side banners. If I open the page and stay on it, then the entire page will load.

I have exactly the same problem. Before Opera 10.51 everything was fine, but since it auto-installed I've been unable to access quite a few sites. Some won't load at all, some will load partly and then stop, some will appear to load but won't respond when buttons are clicked, some will load some days but not others. This happens with so many sites that Opera is now unusable for me. I'd like to uninstall and go back to the previous version, but in the meantime I'm using Chrome and Firefox. Using Firefox right now.

I know it sounds obvious happy , but did you install "Flash Player" or "Flash Player for Opera?" The normal Flash Player installs on IE, FF, Safari, etc... yet not Opera. The Opera Only installation file is not the file downloaded when you select UPGRADE FLASH PLAYER on the pop-up, and this may be the problem.

Now some websites that weren't opening yesterday are opening today, BUT websites that were opening yesterday aren't opening today knockout

Hope they fix this on 10.52

Same here - just from 21st I got same symptoms although not installing/changing anything- some pages -many of them - will not load once, some are still ok. They start loading and get stuck on some elements (last one I think) but no content actually appears.
This does not seem to be flash related - I've just enabled flash blocker and still the same! Problem appeared on polish sites such as allegro.pl, elektroda.pl. One time they will load, one time they won't

I think Juques and wasapasserby have similar problem - stops at the header. others may have different - flash related

Has anyone submitted a bug report already ?! This IS serious! Opera team has to relase full fixed 10.52 really quickly because this browser becomes unusable and I also don't remember so many problems at one release recently.

And this one is really strange - all is fine and then this ..

Well, it seems that they fixed something, all the pages I tried to open this morning are opening pretty fast now, like Facebook, Orkut, Lastfm, G1, all of those weren't opening at all earlier

but how could this be ? the browser didn't update itself nor it communicates though opera's servers normally

if we didn't have opera turbo enabled I don't see any explanation apart maybe from real unseen plug-in messing things such as flash or .. trojan/virus ?!

I posted a thread similar to this the other day. I have the same problems with Yahoo and Newegg.com. Sometime they load fine, sometimes it sits at 0%. Always loads fine in IE. Arrggghh!.

Somewhere I saw where you can have 2 different versions on your machine, I'm gonna find it and try 10.52 separately. If that doesn't work, I'm dropping back to 10.10 or 9.
