Output Information From Browser

Hi everybody ::- ).

Is it possible to write a file on the HDD using Opera? I would like to use some User JS to extract some information from a web page.

For people with more Unite experience, I believe the solution would be something like this.

On DOMContentLoaded (or perhaps load) the UserJS reads a few things from a page.
It sends those as an XMLHTTPRequest or some such to a Unite application.
The Unite application decides what to do with the information (i.e. to write a file with some values or not).

You can use usual plugin (npapi) or create on fly a file with needed mime-type.

Widgets? They supported "file I/O" api.
