Opera causes bluescreen in Windows 7 (BAD_POOL_DATA)

I'm having problems with BSOD in Windows 7. It only happens when i use Opera. The error message in the bluescreen is: BAD_POOL_DATA.

Does anyone know what's causing this?

It's a completely fresh install of Windows 7 (final). Had same problem with RC1 of Win7.

PC: MSI Wind U100 (stock).

Faulty RAM is most likely. But it could be any number of things such as CPU overheating, bad sectors on the HDD, dodgy PSU, poor general assembly, corrupt software install, etc etc.

Test RAM with www.memtest.org
Test HDD with manufacturer tools
Test CPU with Prime95 or cpuburn
Check heatsink fitted correctly, not overheating, fan not siezed, etc.
Ensure ALL drivers are all up to date (chipset, video, sound, network, etc)

I'll do some testing, but it's weird that it only happens when I'm using Opera. Any other browser or application works fine.

Also, everything was fine when using Windows XP.

It's not an Opera issue, although Opera might trigger the bug in the driver/.. that is causing it. I'd start with upgrading drivers first.
