More Sites Than Ever Don't Respond
More Sites Than Ever Don't RespondI'm seeing more and more sites that don't respond to input or don't load correctly using Opera yet work fine in Internet Explorer.
Is there a common factor that more sites are going to that is causing this issue?
The latest is the Lexus website: http://darkersideofgreen.com/.
I can navigate fine using IE but with Opera like with many other sites, the behavior is wrong. In this case a video obscures 1/3 of the site and can't be removed.
Is this fixable? Are there risks I'm unaware of?
I am having to use Internet Explorer more now than ever.

Chick on Dark Ride, then try to get rid of it. IE works fine but Opera won't let me go back to any other link such as Events. The video window stays open but goes away in IE.
Also try: http://www.infinitiusa.com/
Then compare Opera to IE. IE has a video of the M and Opera is just blank.... Big difference. Is it a flash issue?
Anybody?

It's a browsersniff problem, masking as Firefox solved it for me.
They give the wrong code to Opera

Same here. It started today. Almost 50% or more sites that I visit at least once a day stopped loading.
Couldn't fix it, so downloaded the latest beta of 10.52 - works fine.
Don't try to fix 10.51, leave it, it's broken.

I'm having major problems with 10.51, the page displayed doesn't always change when switching tabs and it's completely random if a page loads or not.
It also often locks up completely and can't be reopened, and crashes when closing a PDF.
Basically it's a total waste of space.
I've never had a problem before, perhaps the developers should listen to saying:
"If it ain't broke don't fix it."
