Disabling World of Warcraft advertising
Hi all, I regularly log onto Australian media sites from Russia, and notice that whenever I do there is advertising for World of Warcraft which automatically comes through playing loud sounds. Does anyone know if there is a way of turning it off? I am a video editor/writer so it is exceptionally annoying when a webpage reloads and starts up the advertising again. Actually even when I try and click the stop play button on the advert it often keeps playing for some reason.Can anyone tell me if there is a way of disabling the advert altogether?

have you tried the content blocker? Right click anywhere on the page where there are no images, links or flash content and choose "block content". You can then click the World of Warcraft advertisement and it will be blocked.
