Photo/Avatar change/delete

On my Opera:

After clicking a *.jpg picture for Photo or Avatar only the first choice is implemented. A delete or correction is no more possible.

Photo cannot be deleted
Photo cannot be loaded
Avatar cannot be changed
Avatar has no delete tick
