Personal Toolbar Icons
I've just started using Opera as my default browser and am very pleased especially with the large space for personal favourites (Personal toolbar).However, Occasionally the individual favourites icons disappear and are replaced with a generic star applicable to all.
I am using Windows XP.
Can you please offer a solution to this?

It should update the icon the next time they are used.
As for "why" it does it... I believe it depends on cache settings (delete on exit, size, etc) probably the only permanent solution (that you can't do yourself, devs would have to add the feature) would be to "lock" icons that are used by Opera for Favorites, Feeds, Panels, etc... and not delete those when the cache gets too big, or is emptied.
