First, read the Posting Rules mainly #1, and #3.
#1. The easiest, is to go to the Craigslist section you would like to search (after selecting area, and city), search for something like "whatever".. when the search completes, right-click the search box ("Search for:") and click "Create Search".
From there, you can experiment with different search options, and whichever ones you want/like... you can then go back to your search engines, and edit the Craigslist one accordingly, like adding: &hasPic=1 (Has Image) and &srchType=T (Only search titles) to the URL for the search.
#2. You can either go to: Appearance - Buttons - "Browser View" and drag&drop the "Go" button from there, or click this (or drag it).
