Can Opera Mini download mp3 files directly to iPod Touch/iPhone?
The iPod Touch/iPhone seems to have had a direct limitation in that it was necessary to sync mp3 files via Itunes to the device rather than being able to actually download and save them ON the device (outside of iTunes). Safari, for example, will stream such files vs. allowing them to be downloaded, in my experience.Does Opera-Mini get around this limitation, and can anyone verify that Opera-Mini for the iPod Touch/iPhone can and does download (vs. stream) mp3 files so they can be stored locally on the device?

No opera doesnt have save option in iphone..If u have jailbroken iphone only then you can save mp3 files.. You will need to download safari download plugin or safari download manager.. Opera directs file link to safari and then you can save or play it...Ifile can be used to browse , play files you downloaded.. They will not be synced with ipod automatically..
