Error in URL escaping in address bar ?
Copy this text to your address bar and pres Enter (it is Google search query with some random Japanese text):http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en-GB&q=その母乳を舌先
Witch of these 2 results you get ?
http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en-GB&q=%E3%81%9D%E3%81%AE%E6%AF%8D%E4%B9%B3%E3%82%92%E8%88%8C%E5%85%88
http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en-GB&q=???????
Notice the difference between clicking on the address and copying it manually.

I have Windows 7 64 Opera 10.52 (3370)
opera:config#UTF8 Escape URLs is ON
and i get the one with ??????? witch is annoying
How can I fix it ??
You probably can't... but, you can use a <i>somewhat</i> quick JavaScript function in the addressbar to get the encoded verion... just type:
javascript:alert(encodeURI("TheURLyouWantToEncode"))
so like...
javascript:alert(encodeURI("http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en-GB&q=その母乳を舌先"))
or for a bit quicker copy/paste
javascript:prompt("",encodeURI("http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en-GB&q=その母乳を舌先"))
Yeah I know... not really helpful... but it works in a pinch.
You could modify your shortcuts and menu's using the same thing, with a command like:
<i>Go to page, "javascript:alert(stuffhere)"</i> etc...
