Why is Opera using its current Save/Open dialog?

One of my most liked improvement in Windows 7 (might also exist in Vista), is the "Choose File" dialog layout. In this layout, the window prompting you to choose an external file (or also the location for a new download) resembles Explorer windows much closer, which makes it much easier to find and select files and folders.

This is an example of this dialog in Chrome, although I would like to note that this improved dialog is also used by Firefox, Thunderbird, Notepad++, VLC, µTorrent, Office, Paint.NET, and many other programs: http://imgur.com/SU0fk.png

This is the Windows XP-like dialog that Opera uses when saving opening files; to be fair, a few other programs (MediaMonkey, FileZilla, Foxit Reader) also use this type of layout, although I've personally found that this number is smaller than the programs above: http://i.imgur.com/jpVsx.png

I'm using Opera 10.51 (build 3315). Is there some sort of configuration option that I'm missing that will allow me to make use of the first type of dialog (I did a forum search as well as a search in opera:config and found nothing obvious)? Does anyone have any idea why the current dialog layout is being used?

That feature is not yet implemented yet, though, it has been requested. I hope to see it soon.

Just a FYI -This dialogue uses links from C:\Users\YourName\Links.

You can change the 5 places using the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc). Edit:
Local Group Policy Editor\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer\Common Open File Dialog\Items displayed in Places Bar
