Updating skin version number not possible

Hi,
since some days uploading skins with leading 0 version numbers doesn't work anymore. If I want to upload a skin version number "0.9.7.x" the new upload code changes version number to "0"

I enter this in upload form:

and I get this in skins download page:

From Tomu's Skin.ini guide:

The existence of the Info section containing the entry `Version = 3` or `Version = 2` is mandatory, otherwise Opera cannot identify the skin or cannot start correctly!

Version = x
Value: 3 or 2 only, Mandatory!
Use the value 3 in a skin for Opera 9.5 and newer, but value 2 in a skin for older Opera versions than 9.5, the value of this entry specifies also the fallback behaviour, see Fallback - Version

He's not talking about the skins.ini version, he's talking about the field on the skins submission page.

I think it's something the webmonkey will need to take a look at
