How to shut off Auto Update

Hi all,

I am currently using Opera 10.1, which suits my needs fine.
However, the computer keeps trying to update to the latest version each time I start Opera. As it does so it wipes 10.1 and installs the latest version.
I HATE the latest version! It does not have the same toolbars and the text, I have found out after a frustrating time, in the tools section is white on white! bomb

How do I turn off auto update?
