how to change user agent in opera to google-bot ???
if is it possible in firfox i think should be possible also in opera setting some string somewhere

Not in Opera itself. no. Some external proxy software could do that - for any browser, if you really wanted - so there's not much reason for Opera to add that.

I know is possible to change user agent but I do not know wher this config is written in order to try to add google-bot to the UA ...

It is internal to Opera and can't be changed by the user.
