I feel that they really need a nominated person to record action points, to help the following year's team(s).
Until I attended my first business meeting I didn't know that BJC was organised by jugglers for jugglers.
The meetings all feel very tense and a bit them (the attendees) and us (the team). Generally I leave most BJC meetings feeling puzzled and wanting to help... but not knowing who to tell or where we can share our views with the latest team.

I have been to about six business meetings and nothing ever changes.
What is needed is a proper agenda put on a big board so everyone can see what will be discussed with a time limit on each matter.
Minutes should be taken and a list of names of all the people who are present should be recorded, then minutes and list of names should be put on line for people who weren't there to comment on.
Meeting should be chaired by an independent person, not one of the organising team.

The only business meeting I can recall attending was at Doncaster.
Unfortunately, everything said was virtually inaudible as we were in a big hall with lots of background noise.
There should definitely be some form of meeting at the end of the BJC. However, there should also be a more formalised discussion process online after the BJC where people can evaluate submissions for the next year's convention (although if there is only one proposal this is fairly pointless) and contribute opinions, suggestions, feedback etc.
