Severe crash/hang on editing posts on posterous.com

After the editor has halfway loaded, Opera freezes. (On Windows 7 x64)
Happens since several builds.

As I have Visual Studio installed I couldn't use Inspector IIXII, but looking at the disassembly, this seems to be the never ending loop, causing the freeze:
