Gmail is completely broken in 10.52

I considered myself lucky in that I never really had many issues with gmail in Opera. But today I updated to 10.52 and gmail is completely unusable. The sidebar (which has the chat and folders/labels) takes up the entire screen.

Can anyone confirm, and are there any fixes for this?

Edit: I just realized I had accidentally set "identify as firefox". Once I changed it to "identify as opera" everything went back to normal.

Works as usual here... no problems at all, 10.52 Final.
