Rendering issue

This happens about 2 times a day. It is a minor issue and I am unable to determine what is the cause. If you scroll it disappears.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Opera 10.52 RC5 (3370)

I'm wondering if it is even worth to submit bug-report on this one?
Is it known issue ?
Does anyone have same "problem" ? - It happens very rarely!

not opera specific - sometimes you see it in other programs too (e.g. adobe reader), i guess you just dont use them that often^^

I've seen it a number of times, but not very often, and have never been able to cause it on purpose. Opera is the only program on my system that does this and I'm fairly certain (but not 100%) that it never occurred before the 10.5 releases. It seems to happen most often on a particular forum that I visit (or maybe it's just more noticeable there when it does happen).

I have not thought that it might not be Opera specific I'll keep an eye for it somewhere else.
But is it even possible? Opera does all rendering on it's own no?
But it took me so long to finally make a screen shot of this because I always scroll it over.
