10.52 cannot open in background tab on Facebook

I'm running on a MacBook, 10.6.3, Opera 10.52.

Using Facebook, I can't open a tab in the background using Command+Click. I used to be able to do this before (previously I had a UserJS installed, but even after I've removed it, I can do it). Using Command+Click works in Speed Dial, Google, and the Opera website, but it doesn't work on Facebook. I get a Growl notification saying that a popup has been blocked, but I don't know how to make it stop thinking that Facebook is a popup.

Any ideas? Thanks!

This change was done to be more in line with the other Mac browsers. Press Command–Shift–Click to open in background tab, and Command–Click to open in a foreground tab.

My bad, I don't think I was clear enough.

Opera thinks that when I open a new link in Facebook that it is a popup. I can right click and hit open in new background tab, but if I do it with Command or Command+Shift Click, it blocks it, saying its a popup.
