10.52 Bookmarks side panel shows nothing

Just installed 10.52 using the classic installer.

When I toggle the bookmarks panel, it is completely empty.

If I click on Bookmarks (File Menu), they show up. (not in the panel, but from the dropdown menu)

Suggestions?? (I am using the Opera standard skin)

UPDATE: ... I unchecked the Panel selection, then rechecked it and the bookmarks are now showing as they should be.
